What we generally don’t buy
- Ordinary Australian decimal coins from circulation, including HH $2 coins and commemorative coins found in change
- Common circulated pennies and halfpennies, except key dates or uncirculated examples
- Ordinary modern non-silver world coins brought home from travel
Appointments and collection visits
- Sydney appointments Collections valued at $2,000 or more
- NSW collection visits Generally $10,000 or more
- Interstate collection visits Generally $20,000 or more
Visits are arranged after reviewing your photographs and depend on the collection, location and suitability for purchase. These travel values are guidelines, not automatic eligibility for a visit.

How selling works

Use our enquiry form to send photographs, a brief description and your location. For larger collections, start with overview photographs and a few representative close-ups.

Receive our assessment
We assess whether your collection is suitable for purchase and, where appropriate, make an offer or explain what further information or inspection is needed.

Arrange inspection, handover and payment
If you accept our offer, we agree the inspection and handover details and make prompt electronic payment once the purchase is finalised.
Our free assessment is for people considering selling to us. It is an assessment for purchase, rather than a formal insurance or probate valuation.
